- Processing time – The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, usually 1-3 days depending on stock availability. For details, see individual items. This is separate from estimated delivery times.
- Estimated delivery times – (once item has been sent)
- United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
- North America: 5-14 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-3 weeks
We’ll do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery company.
- Customs and import taxes – Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
- Cancellations – We gladly accept cancellations as long as it is requested within 24 hours of purchase and it has not changed status to “sent”.
- Returns or exchanges – We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons but please get in touch if you have any problems with your order.
- Returns do to allergies/ skin irritation – We do not accept returns due to skin reactions. Buyers are responsible for checking ingredients stated under each item description before purchase.
- All “Sale” purchases are final. This includes orders placed with any promotional codes.
- All international orders are final.
